Our trips are for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 persons and are priced according to the number of passengers. We initially invoice at the highest tier level. When the group is finalized appropriate refunds will be issued based on the number of full paying passengers actually

Expeditions Trip |
Accommodations are based on double occupancy
on yachts. Single supplement in hotel rooms is available
only. Land costs include all land and water travel during
the trip and all transfers unless specified in the
itinerary as "on your own". If travelers choose
not to use group transfers, those arrangements become the
responsibility of the traveler. Prices include all meals
indicated in the itineraries, yacht services and staff,
trip leader and local guides, all entrance fees to museums
and sites, hotel rooms and overnight stays specified in
our itinerary. Also included are all sightseeing
arrangements, tips for luggage handling, and use of the
yacht and equipment such as windsurfers, snorkel gear and
kayak.

(subject to change), visa charges, passport fees and
extensions, airport departure and/or security taxes and
customs fees. Any expenses on the U.S. mainland, personal
expenses during trip such as laundry, alcoholic beverages,

excess baggage charges, insurance of any kind, any extras
resulting from a la carte food or room service, customary
tips left at your discretion to drivers, tour guides, the
captain and staff. |
Custom Itineraries

Idlewind Expeditions can create
a custom trip with regard to dates, length of stay and
itinerary. Custom trips and private yachts are available
for a single traveler, a honeymoon couple, a group of friends
or for a family vacation. We have prepared unique
itineraries for many clients to include trekking in the
Kashkar Mountains and touring the monuments and museums in
Ankara, Turkey's capital city. If our published
itineraries and dates do not work for you, let us prepare
a custom trip for you. We are available for private slide
presentations for clients who live in the Northern
California area.
